You weigh more probably because of your body holding on to a lot of water since alcohol dries you out, but it should go back to normal after a day or two.

Robert Zemeckis movies on TV, I opened a bag of Reese's Pieces and had 28 pieces, I walked 8 kms today in 75 minutes and I just completed 3 30-day-challenges (abs, thighs and arms) at 3 am, oh yeah :smokin:

I'm losing fat and can't wait until I feel comfortable wearing both parts of a bikini instead of having to wear shorts.

I cheated big time yesterday and then a little bit today. For the past month I've had one cheat day a week because I started getting near my goal weight and because I started hating myself for sticking religiously to my calories. I don't wanna forget to live.

I'm in the same situation and here to lose the 'insecurity weight'. I'm 5'6, I started at 143-ish and my first goal weight is 128 which I'm really trying to reach. Next will be 120 where I'm planning to just take it slow. I've been here for 5 weeks and I lost about 7 pounds. I'm just sticking to the calories. I eat more…

That would depend on the relationship. with each other, go for it! If it's something you agreed is okay and just for fun, then sure, flirt away. But if you don't it's not necessarily a bad thing but talk about it.

I always add my exercise when I've done it. Otherwise I can't see how much I've gone over or under my allowance,as you said. I don't like to go over my allowance of 1300, wether or not I've been exercising. But sometimes, if I burned 300 calories, I allow myself to go to 1400 or 1450 so that I still have the spare 150 left…

5'5, I'm at 141ish and I'm trying to get to 128 as I was last summer. When I get there I'll try to get to 120, but my goal is 128 and hopefully I'll be happy with that :)

Just around 1300. I walk a bit every day so if I go to bed early my counter only gets to 1000. But it's summer so that hasn't happened a lot. Also I've only been doing this for a small week so lets see how things work out from here :P
