Thank you guys! Gym isn't in my budget at the moment. I do have to lose about 10 pounds but I'm mainly looking to tone. Going to walk when I can but mainly focus on the exercises to gain muscle and lose inches. Anyone know a good place to start?

no, I haven't. How long do these workouts take? I don't actually have that whole 3hours to work out , just saying I could fit a work out in there.

it is a huge part of my motivation. right now, I look good in skinny jeans and a top. When I put on shorts or a swimsuit, there is a lot of toning that needs to be done and it shows...

I will check out that book and some youtube videos. I figured that walking would help but realized that in order to get toned (my goal), I would need to do the harder stuff. I was also thinking of getting resistance bands, I saw some exercises with those that I could do at home.

glad I asked! I didn't think of 3 days a week to do the exercises, sounds like a lot. I'll try to commit to it. Will these routines get me toned?
