I think I like most veggies, but don't get a chance to really consume them (other than snacks) much because my husband only likes peas, lima beans & broccoli. I kinda have gotten him to like eggplant though.

I count them as they do have calories, fat, sugars etc. This isn't Weight Watchers where some fruit and veggies don't count.

Thank you! I made those changes and they did reflect a lower calorie count. Maybe that's why I haven't lost much. Thanks again!
