What do you "pig out" to on cheat days?

Once a week I like to treat myself to a good thin crust pizza or a nice sub sandwich from Jimmy Johns or Cousins. Living in Wisconsin we also have the friday night fish fry, lots of deep fried fish, fries, rye bread, cole slaw. Whats your favorite cheat day food?

I usually like a big *kitten* steak or some homemade fried chicken and baked sweet potato fries.
Usually i can just fit my "cheat" meals into my macros anyway.0 -

I don't have cheat days. I eat whatever I want, whenever I want it. I just do it sensibly.0

Every saturday I buy a bag of crisps, and perhaps some sweets0

LOVE Poutine! But I have to say Japanese/Sushi night - with fried everything, maki and white sticky sushi rice :-p0 -
Taco bell beef crunchy tacos, fresco style or chicken tacos fresco style... around 150 calories each! You can get a 12-pack for $10.. oh yeah!0

cheat day is usually the day my boyfriend and i go out for date night, sushi dinner and a movie.0 -
Candy. Those ridiculous 5cent candies like fuzzy peaches or sour patch kids. No nutritional value at all, but so good!0

Mexican food!!! Not Fajitas.. I'm talking about gewie cheese enchilladas, spanish rice, refried beans, along with chips and salsa!!! But, I only do that if I've gotten in a good workout first!!! Gotta work for it!!!0

Pizza is my go to choice. It's a formidable weakness. A kryptonite if you will. In fact, if I was Superman I would either be dead already or leaving all of you to fend for yourselves while I scarf down a deep dish.....I'm serious, I wouldn't help you even if I heard your cries for "Save me Superman! Save me!" while I was eating the pizza. Don't laugh. That's not funny at all. You're in danger and I'm enjoying my pizza. Pizza is my cheat day choice is what I'm getting at.0

Pretty much this. My biggest "treats" are cheese and mashed potatoes. Once during football season I will stuff myself with Nachos and cheese dip and on Thanksgiving I will go overboard on mashed potatoes.0 -
Yeah, I don't have cheat days. I eat pretty much what I want within portion limits. And I also keep it within my maximums for the day.0

English fry up, chinese, fish and chips all at least once a week usually on a saturday and sunday which are usually my cheat days where i have anything from 2000 to 4000 calories easy each day0

Beer... I have my beer quota for one night a week... And that's way better than every night every week.0

It varies. And it's not always something unhealthy. Not all, but a lot of the foods I love most are healthy so often for cheat days I just pig out on my favorite homemade dishes - such as 2 heaping platefuls of spaghetti with an entire bottle of red, or more nachos or guacamole than any one person should eat at one time with Sangria or Corona, or eat an entire homemade wholegrain veggie pizza, etc.. But also sometimes I like to go out for some beer and chicken wings, or throw some baby back ribs on the grill (last week's splurge)
Or I just like to go to restaurant, order a bottle of wine, appetizer, meal and dessert and eat every last bite!
My problem has always been with the amount of food I like to eat rather than the quality. :ohwell:0
