You should start out only wearing the orthotics for a few hours a day and work your way up to wearing them however long that you need to. It will feel a little worse as you get used to them since they are changing how you are walking. Just take it a little slower, back down on how long you wear them. Good luck! :smiley:

I am trying to focus on how good I am feeling and the changing fit in my clothing, rather than the numbers. I've been flying high since Easter when I whipped out some clothing that I hadn't worn since last summer and they were loose! Even if that scale isn't moving, something is changing! :smiley: Don't get discouraged!

I recently tried one of the Zumba games for the Kinect and I did not like it. Admittedly, I didn't spend too much time with it and have never tried Zumba outside of this game, either. It was the first one, I think, so it may have evolved since. What I found pretty fun was Dance Central 3. I beat the story line of the game…

I have a lot of trouble with that as well but I find that I actually get it done if I workout as soon as I get up in the morning. Don't even think about anything else, just throw on your clothes and get to it! Good luck! :)

Normally when the man isn't home I do anything with fish. He hates it! But, unfortunately, he will be home tonite (lol) so I am making some Lemon-Pepper pork chops with roasted brussel sprouts (which I have never attempted before) and some garlic butter egg noodles. Yum!

I am 5'6" and over 200 lbs. I am trying to help myself get more fit so that I have more energy so I don't just sit around the house. I want to get out and do stuff! :)

Thank you! Yeah, I am feeling it now, lol! I just wanted to see what I could do,I didn't really expect to want to keep going like that! I will definately cut it back, especially since I will be doing it on top of the other workout. Maybe now I will see some real results? *Fingers Crossed*
