First Time on Treadmill

So after reading all the success stories from people, I decided to add the treadmill to my workout. Today was a "rest day" on Jillian Michael's Body Revolution, but I got on the treadmill and did 4 miles, in various intervals, while watching "Losing it with Jillian" for an extra boost of motivation... Sure it took me a while, about 80 minutes, but I am very proud of myself! I wanted to say thank you to everyone for sharing their stories! Hopefully I can talk myself into keeping it up and adding it to my daily workout! :)

    That is great!! Keep it up but if your just starting out maybe you should get a little less and build up to it? Either the distance or the speed. You are gonna feel it tommorow lol

    Yeah, I am feeling it now, lol! I just wanted to see what I could do,I didn't really expect to want to keep going like that! I will definately cut it back, especially since I will be doing it on top of the other workout. Maybe now I will see some real results? *Fingers Crossed*
