:smile: Down 6 inches in 1 week by taking a bike ride every morning, a 10 minute walk with the dog and 3 days of escape your shape work out! I also added more water and ate only when I was hungry and not out of boredom!

    Awesome! Wish I was losing that much =/ Took measurements for the first time this week, so I suppose we shall see!

    because i heard its harder to tone and lose if your bmi reading is normal
