I tend to eat the same thing every day. I have coffee in the morning with an apple. For lunch I take grilled chicken with veggies to work with either ranch or bbq sauce, I pre-make these on Sunday. Then for dinner, a hamburger with more veggies. For snacks, I will do fruit or low calorie popcorn :)

Last year I lost about 20 pounds and now I am back to where I started with MFP. What you need to do is focus on where you once were and how you got there and how to get it back.
