  • most likely the ads are from an ad service that chooses ads relating to the kind of site they are placed on. so you will probably see a lot of food related ads and diet ads... they don't know they're on a diet site :p

  • from what i've noticed, when you do exercise it allows you more calories because you burned some. other posts i've read have said to stick to what you're used to eating/burning and just eat the extra calories if you feel you need them, like if you're hungry or something. it is kinda confusing..
  • i don't think time would matter since some people live on different schedules and would have to eat after 8pm. its usually best not to eat just before bedtime since metabolism and everything slows down when you sleep.
