ok, well hello :D
i dont really know what to say but i suppose thats because im new to this, i've had the app on my phone for some time now so i thought i'd try dieting with some support and hopefully support others :D

is the website any harder to use than the iphone app? if anyone kows that is :D

    Welcome. I use the iphone app and the website. They are relatively the same as far as a user friendly app but there are certain things that I like about each one. Add me if you like. This has been a great site.

    site is very simple to use, and i think a little easier than the phone app since you have a keyboard to type on instead of a phone keypad lol
