check out a website called yoga today. it'sa great resource. some free classes and some classes you can pay for(not expensive) and download to ipod/computer. i am also just getting back into yoga. i've missed it more than i realized.

i ate myself sick today. argh!!!! i knew i wasn't going to feel well after i let myself eat all that food. where did my will power go? at least i stuck to my no food after 7pm rule. back to basics tomorrow. hope everyone had a more successful day than i did. good night all.
