I'm in. I was a mere 2 pounds away from my goal in May. Now I'm 10 pounds away :grumble: I need to find some motivation. Joining a group worked for me in the beginning, hopefully it will work again! A rule of thumb that I use is that the sodium should be roughly equal to the calories. My calories are currently set at 1500, so that puts me at the low end of recommendation. My maintenance cals are at 2000, so that's right in there.
