I lost one pound this week - happy:happy: there was no gain as has happened in the past after large loss.

I've been trying to catch up, but it's been hard to.. the new position at work (5a-10aM/T and 5a-9aW-F) is great because I have my whole day free as well as weekends, but I'm so tired now! I've been pushing myself exercise -wise like I did last year and I'm hoping I'll see the results I'm hoping for. I've been going up and down on the scale, so I haven't posted/logged any weight changes as it varies so much right now..
But, in great news: we paid off my car 2mon in advance (still has a blown up motor, but at least the car is pai for!) and we paid $454 too much so we got it back from them. So I bought K Swiss tubes (shoes) and I LOVE THEM!! Super comfy! I also gotthe hubs to agree to join our local gym on Sunday. SUPER STOKED!! I'm even going to my first class tonight and it's Zumba! Woot Woot!! ANd it's over 30min before BL airs so I get both, yay!!

I am nothing if not consistent! :laugh: That's ok. I've set my cals for maintenance until next month. Then I'll drop it back down to 1 lb a week. With not being able to access the site from work, I've been doing more of a paper log (in the notepad on my phone), and not always entering it on here. The good news is that for the most part I'm staying close to my calories, although some days it seems like a lot. Once I'm done with school next week, I will ramp up the workouts again, get back to enterring my food on MFP, and see if I can't kick these last few pounds!

Coming in a little late to the game, but I appreciate being allowed to join. I'm currently in another challenge group, but it ends in June and I know I'll need to get through the rest of the summer. I'll fill in the details tomorrow, but I'm looking forward to meeting the rest of the group members.

Sorry I didn't check in earlier today! It's the last week of school, and I had my daughter's "field day." We had a blast, but poor kid got a cramp in her quad when they were running the 4X100 relay. I was there taking a picture (to send to Dad) so I ran the rest of the way holding her hand. Then we stretched it out until it finally released. Forced her to down her body weight in water and Powerade since then. A banana is in order for breakfast tomorrow, too! Hopefully it does not revisit her tomorrow during her t-ball game.
Not sure how to log the walking standing and such from field day, so I haven't. I did log my zumba tonight. Eesh I am so hungry! Since I have switched to maintainence calories, adding in those exercise calories make my number HUGE! My maintainence is just over 2000, then I add in 500+ for zumba?! Sure, I can get in 2500+ calories without resorting to junk. [/sarcasm] I have now had 3 servings of various peanut butters (we have 3 different flavors in our cabinet right now, sometimes we have 4 or 5!). But I STILL have over 300 calories left. I am done. It's close. Sort of.
So, now down to the business of our challenge this week. I challenge all of us to eat AT LEAST 5 servings of fruits and vegetables each day.
