I'm skipping this weeks weigh in - I was up 7 lbs on Friday after I ran over 7 miles the night before. Then on Saturday I had a 5 mile race & right after I left for Chicago, where I ate out every single meal. So I'm just going to be realistic & not freak out at what the scale says & just wait till next week. Hopefully it will be back to normal then.0
