I haven't been logging very well for several weeks now. To the point where I got an email from MFP yesterday inviting me back! Uggg. It's been tough staying motivated lately. I've been pretty good about getting exercise in, just not so good at the whole logging thing. I will be better for the next month, until vacation. Then I'll be out of reach of technology for a week. But no worries, I'll hike around 25 to 30 miles throughout Colorado. I am so excited for vacation.
I am changing my calorie allowance to lose 1/2 pound per week for the next month. Then after vacation, I'll bump to 1 pound. We'll see how that works for me!

I'm dropping my waist/hip measurements off of my tracking because my measurement method has proven to be rather unreliable.
