Ugggg. I'm sorry for being MIA for the last month. Things got crazier than anticipated. Finished up my classes for my Master's degree :bigsmile: and took a vacation. Vacation was great. Hiked about 12 miles throughout Colorado. We went to 4 national parks, 2 national monuments, and one national historic site. Some of those were just quick stops (2 hours or less), but it was fun!
We did some eating out, especially during the drive home on Sunday, and we didn't watch sodium too closely. Hopefully getting THAT back under control will cause some of those extra pounds to come back off.
I'm glad to see all the progress everyone has made in my absence. Keep up the good work!0 -

I only lost 2 1/2 inches doing the Shred with Bru, but I' ve noticed I'm a lot more defined & the muscles are starting to show thru! I feel so much stronger!0 -

I did great this week. 170.4 on friday... then the weekend happened. How is it that I ate the same way I did before starting MFP & I gain almost 4 lbs in 2 days. I never gained that much before starting. Why now. I was expecting 1-2 pounds... but almost 4 is ridiculous... esp since I didn't binge or anything. Sunday I was under my calorie count with a ton of exersice but bad food choices.

TOM is still here, so I expected a gain, but deep down I wanted to still see a loss for my birthday. But I'm ok with that and happy it's only a 2lbs gain instead of 5+
