LAST WEEKS MILES GOT US TO BEAVER, UT. I hope you ladies enjoyed walking through the Fishlake National Forest. I know the terrain there was a challenge. How far did we get this week?
10,000 steps is about 5 miles.
100 calories burned = 2000 steps
500 calories burned = 10,000 steps = 5 miles

I made my goal, so I'm just going to keep going to see where I can end up at by Halloween. I do have a mini goal of being able to fit into a new pair of jeans I bought last week by Halloween, so I'm going to work towards that.0 -

Hi :blushing: I'm back. Have I mentioned that I'm severly lacking in the motivation department lately? Usually DH can bring me back around, but he's been unmotivated lately also. So we've both been slacking big time.
Here's my stats:

I got a directive from my doctor that the only exercise I can do for at least another month is stretching and walking. (I messed up my back, and I'm having trouble being kind to it.) I think not being able to go to my zumba classes has probably contributed to my lack of motivation. But my SIL and I have found a yoga class that we think we can fit in (and that qualifies as stretching right?), so we're trying that one out on Monday. I have been doing more of the walking, but I'm bad about logging it on here.
I hope everyone is doing better than I have been! If you're in the same boat as me, message me and maybe we can get back on the right track together!0 -
ok so not doing so well at this. Strange but I feel like I am eating OK just not losing.
REALLY REALLY gonna focus the rest of this week. But This weekend is my birthday so not sure how that will go but I am gonna make a good effort.
