Have you considered doing heated or hot yoga? the room temperature is 80 and 110 degrees, respectively. you'll do LOTS of body work and stretching, as well as (the equivalent of) pushups.

As long as the protien shakes are within your daily macro requirements, go for it! Try sticking to whole foods (meat and veggies, fruit, nuts). You'll feel better!

I took the same combination a few years ago. I can honestly say that, for me, it increased my appetitie, which was the only reason I wasn't losing weight. Its tough to cut back calories while on those medications. Stick to your plan, log everything, and keep working out!
