I love C25k! I’ve done it twice, the first time I got to wk 8 and stopped. This past spring I finally restarted 4 years after my first go and made it to the end. Now I go out and run a 5k likes it's no thing ☺️ Keep at it it’s so worth it! 🏃🏽♀️

You got this! I’ve lost 40 lb since feb and have 10-20 more to go. I do Optavia. It’s a little like keto in terms of minimal carbs and heavy protein but definitely different. I’m always up for cheering on others however you are getting it done :)

I finished today!! Woohoo! I started C25k 4 years ago and got to wk 8. Then I restarted this past April and finished! It’s doesn’t feel like a huge accomplishment to finish, it feels more like an accomplishment to feel like I’m comfortable as a jogger. I know I’ll continue even without a program.

How was everyone’s day today? I had a great day sticking to my food plan. I went running in the evening just around sunset but it was still so hot and humid I felt pretty tired most of the time. But I did it! That’s what counts. 💪🏻 Hope everyone else feels proud of their day too 😌
