  • I have to buy new scrub bottoms bc mine are too baggy. Had a patient & coworker comment on weight loss this week. (10 pound in 2 months)
  • I was a none runner & im starting week 5. I can feel by body strengthening. It's a good feeling.
  • I just wrapped up my 2nd semester w/ plans to graduate next spring as an RN (w/ associates). I gained 30 pounds over the last 2 semesters. So I KNOW what you are going through. Why does studying & snacking seem to go hand in hand :(. Plus, I know it's the stress. You can do it! Good luck this semester.

  • thanks everyone. Great advice. I'm pretty surprised that I haven't been more hungry than I have. I'm making sure I'm eating something every 3 hours. Planning meals ahead & making better choices. Who knew? If I can avoid extra calories I want to... so I appreciate your replies.
  • try to eat at least every 3 hours to keep your metabolism in check. Then you won't get so hungry & end up stuffing yourself. (been there done that plenty of times)
  • I have 3 daughters. I'm just beginning my weight loss journey, but so far.... planning my meals ahead has really helped me stay focused on my goals.
