Bacon and egg, one egg omelette, 10% fat yoghurt with 10 almonds, low carb "porridge" mix etc for breakfast. Evening meal meat or fish with a couple of green vegetables. Avoid chicken breast, turkey or any "low fat" or "diet" options. Why not chicken or turkey?

I love Healthy Life english muffins! I put sugar free strawberry preserves on it ( 10 cal per tbsp ) or if I really crave chocolate I use sugar free chocolate syrup instead. 80 calories a muffin, no sugar good fiber and protein source and low sodium too! You can also use them for small pizza crusts.

I also went through this and honestly still fight it everyday. What I have found is that if you up your calories with the right kinds of foods you will continue to lose. Everybody has foods that even though low on calories will still make them gain. If I eat sugar free pudding with unsweet almond milk I will gain weight.…

I am like you. If I splurge it is all in one night then back to healthier eating the next day but when you are short like me, just one day takes a long time to erase. Isn't it amazing how easy it is to actually put away 5000 calories in a day though,lol! What did you enjoy for the day?

I'm 5'2" and weigh 97 lbs. I did weigh 160. You can add me if you like. Being short not only makes it hard to lose but even harder to maintain.

angel food cake mix with 1 large can of crushed pineapple in juice( no sugar added) that's it. mix the 2 ingredients and bake and enjoy. there is a recipe for sugar free angel food cake if she is making it from scratch. just google.
