too much protein?
I try to eat foods high in fiber and protein but all of a sudden I started gaining weight without changing my calories. I noticed some days my protein intake was pretty high. Could this be causing the weight gain?. I don't know if it matters or not but the gain is in my stomach.

pizza fix
When I start craving pizza I just sray a cookie sheet and put 2 pieces of toasted aunt millies bread on it and add 1/4 cup cottage cheese ( half on each slice ) and 1/8 to 1/4 cup of prepared pizza sauce. It comes out to around 135 calories for both and helps curb my craving. The 135 is if you add the whole 1/4 cup sauce.…

splurge day?
Has anyone had any luck with having one splurge day a week? I have heard of "banking" 100 calories a day then using them on one day of the weekend and still maintain weight and still feel fine. I would love to hear your thoughts on this.
