restaurants

My husband and I go out to eat once a week. Anyone out there have suggestions on their favorite places to get full and not go too crazy with the calories?

    The chains tend to have their nutritional info on their websites or available at the restaurant. Otherwise you have to estimate.

    Yep, if it's a chain, I look up nutrition on their website before I go and try to have a couple of choices in mind. Often they are still really high in calories (and sodium!!), and restaurant portions huge, so I'll divide whatever I order in half as soon as they set it in front of me, eat half and take the other half home. I also usually only have water to drink - helps with all the sodium. :tongue:
