I'm on prozac also, but I have never lost any weight since being on it.. Of course I was also on the depo shot which is know for making you gain :-(

I'm a stay at home mommy & work online, which means I sit on my butt a lot :-( BUT since it's summer the kids are always outside, so I'm constantly getting up and down to go and check on them.. Plus walking with kids is so much more fun than walking alone :-)

Yes, this is unrealistic & unhealthy. When I first started, I wanted the same thing. I figured 20 a month and I'd be where I wanted to be in no time, BUT even if you did see those kind of results, you probably would NOT be happy with the results. Thank you so much for your explination as you made me see what I wasn't seeing :-) The main reason I was asking is because when I consulted my Dr. about losing weight, all he said was cut calories to between 1200-1500 and walk.. Nothing more, nothing less lol..
