Morning everyone! I really need the accountability starting today. Had a terrible ice storm the last 2 days and no power. I think I ate everything in my house :/. Back on track today! We can do this! Let's make it a great week!

I'm finding Easter an easier holiday to cook low carb -ham -cauliflower salad -green salad -devilled eggs -rice for the non-low carbers -dessert will be a sf jello, cream cheese , whip cream thing I asked my dd not to make homemade buns,,,,my weakness! She asked me not to buy her chocolate...win win!

Just some simple ideas,,, - tuna salad, mayo, green onion eaten with celery sticks - Routisserie chicken bought from store, steam some frozen veggies ( no roasting and already prepped) - - use leftover chicken the next day and make a chicken Caesar salad, or simple chicken salad with mayo etc - The next day boil the…

Alana I've heard lemon juice and water 100 mins cardio -- tons of walking at work. Check 5 days of green -- check 8 cups of water daily--- no 2 pcs fruit daily -- no 2servings of veggies daily-- definitely 100 squats--- he'll no lol
