Hi!! I had my little girl 3 weeks ago. I had to have an emergency c section so can't start exercising for another few weeks but I really want to be fit and healthy for my family. I've also been left with a very ugly c section pouch :( that I already loath. My goal is to make my body the very best it can be!!

I'm 5'6 and and 214lbs. I had the same problem, I was eating 1340 cals and I didn't lose anything for 6 weeks!! I was screwing big time, but i worked out my TDEE and BMR and now eat 1800 and have started losing again!

Thanks everyone, in answer to some of your queries- I do take off the transmitter after each session and rinse out the strap. Same as this, but we were 16, we hated each other, he set my hair on fire, he grew up and got delicious :wink: 5 years together and very happy. (ditto on the some parts loving each other more hehe)

Eat what you find in the wild, this may include: grass, dandilions, worms and slugs and the like, empty crisp packets and maybe if your really lucky a used jonny or two :) Any help!?

Have you tried changing dairy products, cows milk and cheese really flaired my skin up. I had goats milk and cheese and it really helped.

I do zumba at home (blinds closed, cat out) I do love it, I feel abit silly prancing around the living room. I wanna try and get out of the house abit, but I'm not sure I'm strong enough to take the mean things people shout yet! Do you know if theres anything like that for the ps3move??

This is an excellent Idea, I'd really like to get into running, I've always felt to heavy, I'm large chested as well so I may have to invest in an iron support bra :) I think this is something I might try!

I really struggled on WW. I could never work out the points accurately and in the end just gave up!! I've had more success on here in 3 weeks than anything else I've tried. I think we'll do well :happy:
