Arbonne protein shakes all the way. You won't regret it! They have Chocolate & Vanilla. I drink mine with a scoop of each and cold water, but you can mix it with what ever you want. Try using a variety of different herbs and spices to enhance the flavour and in your case, possibly hide the "bad" taste. I use www.skinnytaste.com all the time. It's a great website to get very healthy, flavourful recipes. Good luck!

I have been contemplating increasing my daily calories. I think it's getting into that mentally and accepting that it's ok. Maybe I will try that for this week and see how I make out. Thanks for the advice. Wish me luck :happy:
