I can't seem to bring myself to eat healthy. It is really hard because some of it taste so bad. Can anyone give me any suggestions on some good tasteful recipes. Thank you.

Try using a variety of different herbs and spices to enhance the flavour and in your case, possibly hide the "bad" taste. I use www.skinnytaste.com all the time. It's a great website to get very healthy, flavourful recipes. Good luck!0

The biggest thing is substituting whole fat for low fat, white flours for whole grains and processed to fresh. I know a lot of people who change those three things and are very successful losing weight. Whatever you normally cook, do it the same but swap normal pasta for whole wheat, regular hamburger for lean etc.0
