  • I weigh every morning at the same time, and my weight fluctuates daily. I just watch to make sure that the low weights are getting lower and the highest are getting lower too. :)
  • Here's my list for work. I eat during the day and work on a computer so sticky stuff like Apples and Oranges don't work.   • I'm fat and out of shape, P90x gets easier, just Bring It every day. Don't over do it though or you could hurt yourself! Don't let holidays get in the way, exercise before or after the eating/lounging. :) Hope that helps! James

  • I've lost 35lbs so far and have gone down 2 pants sizes, but looking in the mirror, I can't see any change. Everyone around me can see it though, or are they just being supportive?   • Diet rite, Fat Free milk and rice crispies. And if you have the calories, Breyer's carb smart ice cream. James (not a fan of veggies or seafood. gotta eat what I can find)
  • I reserve a few calories etc for some Breyer's Carb Smart ice cream around bed time. *I* usually get the worst munchies at work, so I've replaced my junk food with fruits and almonds.
  • I always meet the minimun calories that I need, even if it means eating a few apples or fat free ice cream. Usually I'm hungry around meal times but some days I get so busy I don't snack. On those days I'll have frozen yogurt or ice cream. :) James

  • Here's one of my favorites while watching my weight: Get some low fat/carb wraps. Put in a bowl chicken breast cut into fajita strips, vegetables, and some healthy salsa. cook that then put it on wraps. If you can fit the fat/carbs/calories in, add cheese. :)
