Eat as many raw veggies as you like... Take some fiber pills and drink a TON of water. Make sure you are keeping your carbs down so as not to kick off the cravings.

When I plateau, I eat whatever just try to keep it reasonable. Always have my carbs with tons of fiber and a little fat so as not to kick off a binge. Yes, I just got one. Have not been able to get past the initial tutorial on the Zumba game yet but the adventure game that came with it wakes me up a bit. So far those are the only two I have tried. It is way cool!!

The easiest, quickest item I use for a quick flavor boost minus salt and fat is flavored vinegars. YUM. But rice vinegar usually has salt so beware. Sometimes you can find good pre-made curry flavorings at asian stores that have low salt also. I LOVE those for soups. I love the same spices as you also plus shallots.

You have to kiss your nice fat boobies goodbye if you want to be thin. Only women who have always been thin get to keep them... or women who can afford to buy new ones. Sorry. It's been a big issue with me too. Not much incentive to lose weight! Then when you get older you also get wrinkles when you lose!! :frown:
