Lacto-ovo- vegetarian (for almost a week) I have to say I feel SOOOOO much better in just a short time. I still eat cheese but don't drink milk and Im now trying to make my own almond yogurt. Baby steps to vegan.

Im not a vegetarian but easily could be. I love pasta made with all veg and no meat and my favorite meal would have to be Amy's Kitchen Tamale Verde :)

I love crushed pineapple with it. Make sure it is 100% juice though. Pears are good with it too.

Thanks for the advice :) It doesnt bother me to eat before (i don't get sick or anything) I just didnt know if there was any health reasons for before or after. So my decision is to eat a snack before and eat after,

Im a bit of a coffee snob. I got spoiled on the "GOOD STUFF" when I went to Guatemala. However for a cheap coffee I like 8 oclock vanilla. The regular is good too. If you have a local biglots you can sometimes get ok coffee there too just be sure to check the date.

I agree!!! I have read several health studies that say that this in a myth anyway..... I make tomato soup (low sodium in a can) I add red pepper flakes, black pepper, a dash of sea salt and dill. It is sooooo yummy!!! I also like Italian seasoning in my chicken noodle :)

Ahhh so happy you posted this mine is doing the same. It logged my extra calories from just normal activity but not my exercise that I flagged. HMMMM hope it gets fixed soon :)

I have days when I feel like I could eat an elephant. Then I have days where Im not hungry at all. I haven't started insanity yet thats a future goal but I do know that on days where I have a LOT of activity Im starving the next day.
