Okay, everyone, started Paleo January 1st. I know this is a Whole 30 forum but the intent is to ease into Whole 30. Quite honestly, it's because I invested all of my research into Paleo and haven't checked Whole 30 out yet. I would probably do this...orrr, order chicken tacos w/o cheese and also tell them not to fry the corn tortilla but to warm the tortilla up instead. They might look at you strange at first but the places I've been to usually accomodate my request of "soft, not fried."

My sister is a pescetarian and this is one of the items we will be making for our superbowl get-together. Go to class! Chances are you will feel better by mid workout because those muscles will be back to being warm. I've noticed that a lot of instructors don't stretch nearly as long as we all should; 20-30 seconds each. Believe me - hard to believe but going to class will help you.

At first I felt discomfort from those tiny seats but much to my surprise, I have found myself getting used to them. I appreciate the encouragement and feedback from each and everyone of you. Spinning tonight at 5:40 and looking forward to a good sweat! :flowerforyou:
