You can try pizza eggs; either scrambled or open faced omelette style with the sauce, cheese and toppings. It really helps cut down the pizza cravings. Or maybe try making a mini pizza in a portabella mushroom and baking it.

Tuesday I burned 395 calories. I have given up soda and caffeine for the whole year of 2013. So far no temptation :-)

Burned 489 calories monday. Now off to the Cardiologist for some tests and to see if they will let me do some at home workouts with my new heart medications. Can't wait for this weeks challenge and to see how the teams do at the weigh in today! :) GO TEAM DOLVETT!!!:drinker:

Thursday: 1021 calories burned!!! Doing 4 3/4 hours of mixing by hand, lifting 10 lb bags of ingredients, baking and cake decorating (I even through in some squats while the cakes were in the oven). I managed to get all 5 baby shower cakes done for tomorrow and no longer want to see anything sweet again for a long time.…
