  • It does burn calories but over a longer period of time. You will still be burning calories hours after the workout.
  • Are you changing up your workouts? You need to change things up every 3-4 weeks. Weight training? What about inches? There are a lot of factors here. Don't get discouraged. Look at your food intake and your workouts and make changes accordingly.
  • I get super hungry days before its going to start. I find if I train during, that I have less symptoms and it ends faster! I sleep like a rock and actually lose a couple of pounds the week following. Water weight I'm guessing.
  • I'm in, my hubby and I are starting P90X3 on 2/1. He wants to drop 54 lbs and i want to drop the last 30!
  • P90X is hard but worth it. You can start off with the lean program. It's not easier but has more cardio. I'm finishing up the lean this month and will start another 90 days on the classic. Have you tried a treadmill? I bought one cheap on craigslist and use it every day along with P90X. 80lbs down, 40 more to go!! Oh, and…
  • Why did you ask the question, if you already knew the answer? The point is valid, and you may be starving yourself and loosing valuable muscle if you don't eat back some of the calories. It’s your choice. Good luck.
  • It is a great workout! You will sweat your BUTT off !
