I would definitely try increasing your calories. With all that strength training and cardio you need to fuel your body. You have to eat to burn. You really shouldn't go under 1200 on a day that you don't exercise. So when you are exercising you need to eat those calories back...at least half. Also remember if you are doing…

I only do a shake once a day. Usually for lunch. Just make sure the shakes you are drinking have enough nutrients and calories to be a replacement. Could be why you are hungry. Good luck!

I have the Polar ft7 and love it! It comes with a chest strap. It tells me my HR and how many calories I burned. Very simple and was only about $60 I think. Amazon or ebay.

I can't say for myself, but I had a client who did all three phases of T25. She said gamma was a challenge but she loved it. She was using 10lb. weights...but that is really up to what you can lift. I would def try to shoot for 5lbs this time around. or you can try a new workout all together!!

I have the Polar Ft7 and I love it! Tells me my Heart rate, calories I have burned and even stores all these files to keep track of how you are doing. You can get one at amazon or ebay.

I just got one for Christmas! Most of the people in my group either has the 4 or 7 and they love them. Can't really say I heard anything bad. I will be using mine tonight for the first time :)

I do Insanity...and lift 3 times a week. The lifting gives me muscle and the cardio takes off the layer of fat around it;)..My insanity workouts are about 45 min.

I have a barbell ...weights and some dumbbells, chin up bar, resistance bands, a yoga mat and of course my dvds...would like some more things when I have the money:)

Rest days really are important...and it is because your muscles need time to repair...rebuild and strengthen..but it doesn't mean you have to sit on your butt. It's just important not to lift weights everyday or work your abs everyday. Especially if you are really working out...it prevents injury. :)

With both the vanilla and chocolate I use 1 cup of almond milk, one tablespoon of almond butter or peanut butter and a little bit of ice. Yum! I used to make it with water and hated it...so much better this way!

Ashley I didn't really lose any weight with insanity ether but a couple pounds. I mostly toned up . And I felt sooo much stronger!..:) have you hit the second month yet, because that's when it gets intense..

I also agree. 1000 calories is way too low, especially since your working out. Look up BMR calculators to see what your calorie intake should be without exercise...and then figure it out from there. I am 112 pounds and I eat about 1600 calories a day. You need to eat more to burn more. No one should ever really go below…

I agree!! You can't help where you lose the weight. Abs are created in the kitchen.. 80% diet..20% exercise. However you look at it..you have to eat clean and keep up the workouts. You've got this!! Just keep it up and you will start to see differences.. (Im in the same boat..lol)
