I generally do celery (I know you don't like it), cucumber, carrot, spinach and one apple or orange. I looked up a ton of recipes on Pinterest. I don't really think about the carbs as I am doing it for the nutriants so it doesn't bother me. I am horrible at macros anyway lol. Best of luck. I juice about 4 days a month…

I jusice when I am too busy or lazy to eat fruit and veggies or feel that I need more of them.... start slow with an apple, celery, cucumber and some spinach. Its easy. Also like others said it's not to do all the time. Onb Pinterest is a bunch of juicing recipes. Best of luck

I have a 5 year old boxer and he's mush for sure. However, if I take him walking/hiking and we run accross people and some he loves and others he foams at the mouth and lurches and acts like he's going to attack. I do a double scoop of protein powder in the am to boost me up so I don't struggle so much later in the day :)

sign up for a tri and then start training swim/bike/run :) By the end of 8-12 weeks you'll be in shape and you'll utalize all the stuff you have access to :) Best of luck. I look up weight training to go along with Triathlon too.

do you wet the sensors a little before strapping on? Sometimes that is what gives a better read (i think because it sticks to you)

Was a huge diet coke drinker back 3 years ago. Now no way. I don't miss it at all. I would say I replaced it with seltzer water b/c of the bubbles. yes in our gym you can take stuff from where ever it's stored and use it. I take weights from all over and use them and then re=rack them. I find that after a week I have to go re-organize stuff so that it's disbursed through-out the weight storage racks. (yes I work there) Just an FYI I hate when people don't re-rack. It…

tuna, salmon, chicken breast, and I use coconut/almond milk in my smoothies. :) You can do it I eat about 150g of protein a day

It's a holiday so eat what you want in moderation. I do all the cooking so I will try and make things a little healthier and utalize portion control. LOL right. If I was going out I would be screwed. Just kidding.
