I use herbalife and it works for me. It works in combination with working out and eating healthy. As another poster mentioned, you have to be consistent.

Just from my experience, engage in moderate activity. Instead of a diet or lowering caloric intake just make healthier meal choices. I wouldn't try to lose weight, but maintain your weight gain from here on out. Up until my 6 month I barely gained weight then in the last few weeks I gained a gang of weight from overeating.…

Just got it and love it. I also have the Zumba 2, but I haven't really played it much. It's hard work.

I took mine out for the same reason and did notice a change in my midsection. It wasn't as bloated.
