I busted my butt for a year to lose the weight. Then started rewarding myself for a job well done! Now I constantly struggle with 4 - 6 lbs. Not that I can't do it, just not telling my self no. Aaaarrrrrrggghhhh!

I worked like crazy to lose weight, so I am thankful it was noticeable. I was too heavy, though, so I was more embarrassed about where I started from.

I agree with the majority here. It was one day and tomorrow is a new day. Start fresh It happens to me almost every Sunday because that is the one day I don't exercise so I only get 1200 calories....I could eat that up for breakfast. ;-)

At times I count housework when I am really cleaning; moving furniture, moping etc. I found it on the cardio part of exercise. It lists light and heavy cleaning. Sometimes I want it all to count!

55 years old. Lift 3 days per week 90 - 120 minutes. Run/walk 3 days per week and Sunday for rest.
