Help please!
I am experiencing terrible dizziness while weight training. Not using extremely heavy weights, by some standards, but gradually heavier as I get stronger. We work for 1 1/2 to 2 hours 3-days a week, starting off with lighter circuit-training type exercise and work into heavy duty work-out. I do have borderline low blood…

dressy walking shoes
I am planning a trip to Italy in the spring. Any recommendations for walking shoes that are great on the feet and legs but also very stylish? Apparently shoes are a BIG deal there and I don't want to stick out like a sore thumb.

circuit training?
How do you chart exercise on MFP that includes: jogging, walking, running up and down stairs, and elliptical mixed together?

sugar in fruit
Do you consider natural (fruit) sugar or are you interested only in the sugar from processed food? It is all lumped together on the food chart, but there is such a huge difference. Typically I discount the sugar from fruits but want input from MFP users. So, what do you think?

dizziness
Does anyone else deal with dizziness during weight/circuit training? Sometimes I have to hold onto the wall in order not to fall. I am very healthy and have a healthy appetite so I do not think that is the problem. Thoughts and suggestions? Thanks

weight training
Any idea on how to get the calorie count to register weight training circuits? It will track my time, sets and repetitions but does not show calories burned.

4.0 mph vs. 5.2 mph
Here is my question: Why does running 5.2 mph for 30 min. say I have only burned 259 calories but running 4.0 mph says I have burned over 1000? Anybody?

Tracking
Can anyone give me advice on tracking devices, please? Thank you

tracking device
What type of tracker is best for: jogging speed, steps taken, calories burned and distance? I am looking for something that tracks all of these at the same time. Suggestions? Thanks

Before and After
Pictures from August 2013 @ 168 lbs. compared to March 2014 @ 131 lbs. in the same clothing. So grateful that I found MFP, my local gym, and the motivation to finally do something about the extra weight.
