Does anyone else deal with dizziness during weight/circuit training?
Sometimes I have to hold onto the wall in order not to fall.
I am very healthy and have a healthy appetite so I do not think that is the problem.
Thoughts and suggestions?
Thanks

I get this sometimes after or during insanity. It's usually because I'm not hydrated enough before I start.
Just to make sure though, how many calories are you consuming? How much water are you drinking before working out?0 -
Physiologically, it could be high or low blood pressure. If your blood pressure is normal, look to diet. Could be blood sugar or hydration issue. Try drinking 4 - 6 ounces of 100% juice about 20-30 minutes prior to training, or a wheat-free starch (whole grain brown or wild rice, millet, oatmeal, sweet potato, etc) about 60-90 minutes prior to training. Always make sure you're properly hydrated. When in doubt, drink more water.

You could also be holding your breath while you exert yourself.0
