i bought it for the kindle for like $9.99. It focused on getting your kids to eat veggies and have been taste tested, I am going to try a french toast one tomorrow that uses orange puree in it (carrots and sweet potatoes). They claim you can't taste it. All of her recipes use a "Puree" that she tells you how to make.

Add 1 lb of chicken (mine is always frozen) and 1-2 packs of taco seasoning. Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Meat will shred easily.

I loved it but need to work on the crust. The center part was gooey still (had to cut and eat with fork) while the outside was firm. It seen to fall apart a bit to. Any tips?

MY trainer told me to eat every 3 hours or so. He knows that due to sleep problems sometimes I dont go to sleep till3 or I am up 24 hours and he says if I am up to eat

I just started taking topamax for miagraines but would love a stimulant with it I am always exhausted.

is it harmful not to? I mean I want to burn it off for a reason. Why would I want to eat it back?

I am 25 and sedatary. MFP puts me at 1200 a day just for 1 lb a week, That is hard for me. I had my first meeting with a trainer today and he told me to eat 200-300 cal every 3 hours with one of those meals being a little bigger. Not sure which to go by? How do I put in my own number instead of MFP on my diary?
