Right, but as Jillian says it's not just about burning calories, it's about toning WHILE you're burning calories :) and I agree, it doesn't come for free! you have to work at it :)

I do this workout 3 days a week (every other day) and couch 25k 3 days a week (every other day) and take one day off where I just take a little walk... Right now I can't do c25k and 30DS on the same days. I also do Pilates once a week, but that's on a c25k day, or I skip 30DS depending on how hard we work

I also do 30DS on the days I don't run lol I can't do them on the same day now that I've started the 3 minute running... the 1.5 minute running is a piece of cake to me now lol

This July at the fair, I got stuck in the scrambler... then I had blood work done and it came back awful! When I heard the words pre-diabetic, I freaked out and changed my diet and exercise right then... my husband joined me the next day :) been going strong for a month :)

I eat them back... at least a little bit of them. I don't like seeing a 800-900 calorie deficit, so I usually eat back some to make it a 300-500 deficit

I'm worried about this myself... When I was pregnant with my daughter I carried really low... I have the apron too... I can't imagine how sexy it looks to my husband, but he said he doesn't pay attention to it lol

I haven't had problems with it until recently... I've had it 4-5 years, and just now had to changed the batteries in it. It is fluctuating a lot. Says I gained 9 pounds in a day (when it truely isn't possible) and I'll weigh myself then go to the bathroom and gain 2 pounds... Have you had this problem?

I'm considered obsese, and I would never use Alli... anything that would cause leakage isn't for me! I'd rather be patient and give it time... I agree, if you're not obsese, you shouldn't use treatment meant for that weight range.
