I am currently at 261.8 with a total of 24.7lb lost since May 10th ish

    Wow! Good job. Are you doing anything in particular? Medifast, Atkins, etc or just making sure to take in less calories than you burn?

    I am just being a bit more active and watching what I eat. Drinking TONS of water. Nothing special really.
