I went with the kids to Harry Potter yesterday and indulged in pop corn 2 pieces of chocolate and after 2 slices of pizza. I only did a mile yesterday. So today I have done three miles may do another not sure don't want to burn out. I just bought a new treadmill for my birthday only had it since last Thursday but I love it…

I've done this in the past also and it sometimes kicked me out of my funk as long as I didnt go all crazy. I have also read that if you pick one day a week to eat "bad" foods it helps keep you from going into starvation mode and helps you not feel deprived.:smile:
