I don't even think I'm at a bad weekend anymore. I'm over my calories all the time. It's pathetic. =(

It's not pathetic. You just need to do thing's slowly at a pace that suits you. Do you find yourself trying too hard, then just completely giving in?

I went with the kids to Harry Potter yesterday and indulged in pop corn 2 pieces of chocolate and after 2 slices of pizza. I only did a mile yesterday. So today I have done three miles may do another not sure don't want to burn out. I just bought a new treadmill for my birthday only had it since last Thursday but I love it I hate sweating in public. Thanks for listening.

If this site as done anything for me, it's made me realize just how little you can indulge in beer and fast food without completely ruining your food diary on that day.. but we all need to live a little or what's the point in being miserable but thin?

I went over all weekend! No self control. Starting again tomorrow. Next week will be better!

Yesterday (Sunday) I had candy, so I had to go for a wun so I could conceivably eat dinner. lol. The weekend is harder for me, since my man is home (he has a temporary apartment a few hours away during the week for work) and he is a bad food influence!

For me, the last 3 weeks (vacation in CA) were pretty much all an indulgence, plus I hardly logged anything that I ate. Luckily I didn't gain (just pretty much stayed the same), and now it's time to get back on track.
