156.4 I only exercised maybe four times in the past two weeks and sick on top of that and lost weight. I have been struggling to get a single pound off and I go on a break and lose weight....probably muscle. Oh well a loss is a loss.

I am sliding bad. I have to get back on track. I logged my food for today and yesterday.....Oh MY!!!! Working at tomorrow for sure....I hope that will help me get my calories back on track. Signed up for the Company's 5K yesterday that is in May....added motivation. WE GOT THIS!!!

Jenny you may need to get some insoles made for your feet. I had some done this winter. I have lot's of issues with my back and I believe the insoles have really helped in that area. I will also tell you that they made my feet hurt for awhile but I think I am better overall. I am sorry about your issues....keep…

Good morning...I like that we are close...keeping me moving...great challenge!!! 10 minutes helix elliptical 10 minutes run 5 min row 30 minute arm supersets 55 minutes....11hours 25 minutes three days until vacation...counting down...I think I am going to take a week off of exercising...rest a little..
