Wow, I hear ya on no free time! Between work, exercise, and errands/everything else under the sun I've no free time either. I feel sloth-like now if I don't exercise :( Still... thanks for the add! Got any sample clips of your music up?

I'm a lot bigger a lady than you (*sob!*) but if you need anyone to help keep you on track or need to vent or whatever feel free to add :) I'm 26 and at 226 pounds now (I just started last month) and got a ways to go so I'll be around for a while :)

Is the Fooducate app pretty accurate? It's $10 on android so I'm a little leary of that

I'll be going tomorrow so we'll see what my primary has to say. Fairly certain its gluten intollerance so we'll just see then. And you can bet I rehydrate after. I drink water all day :)

As others said. I'd also suggest drinking water with any food. Also try having a glass of water instead of eating if you have light hunger pangs. Sometimes being hungry is your body's way of saying its thirsty too.

No science knowledge needed! Least... not much. I'm 1 month in to becoming more fit so I am relearning a lot of misconceptions. Your post was just what I'm looking for. I've been doing calorie deficit and exercising 5-7x a week. I see/feel results but I want to change up my treadmill with other exercise... mainly to help…
