Sickness After Eating.. (TMI post?)

So curious... fairly certain I have a gluten intolerance. Every time I eat out I get sick (diarrhea)
I cook gluten free for hubby and tried milk free for a year... still got sick, so not milk.
ANYWAY! If you get sick almost immediately after eating... like I'm talking within 30 minutes... and there is nothing else I've eaten in the past 5 or 6 hours... how does that effect the food going INTO your body? Does your body even get a chance to process any of it? Or does your body just flush it out? Does anyone have any good resources online to learn about this?
I haven't been hungry since being sick... wondering if anything is still in my stomach, or if my stomach just thinks there is still a meal in it.
Love you, Tijuana Flats, why can't your tacos love me?

Only what was in the intestine was flushed. It takes longer for food to go from the stomach to the gut. How long is individual, but there are averages.0 -
Best advice: go to your doctor!
You are at risk for some serious nutritional deficiencies if your food is literally going right through you! Also, replace those fluids aggressively in the meantime. Good luck and get well soon!0 -
I'll be going tomorrow so we'll see what my primary has to say. Fairly certain its gluten intollerance so we'll just see then.
And you can bet I rehydrate after. I drink water all day0 -
I was having really bad pain and issues after eating. Turns out I have gallstones. I thought it was a whole variety of different issues. An ultrasound proved I was wrong on all counts.
never know until you see the Dr.
Hope you feel better0
