Alright...still STILL 270 HAHA! Starting to think it's a conspiracy :)...I haven't lost weight in 3 weeks! I think maybe my sodium levels are too high...that or I need to reduce the amount of calories I give myself for nursing. Hope everyone else is doing great

Running Running Running LOL! When I dropped my weight (I'm 5'9") my thighs prevented me from getting past a size 8...but it really helped trim up my butt and thighs. Good luck!

This is exactly what I was thinking. Pay the things that are a MUST for you and then the rest of the money can go towards eating out or seeing movies. I bet if you list out all of your money and all of your debt you'll see you have enough for the gym...but something will have to give

I think you only obsess about the healthy clean eating because it doesn't come natural...YET! I think if you keep up with it you'll start to plan clean meals and snack right on your own. You'll build up your repetiore of healthy meals so you won't have to always search for a recipe.. It's just like counting…

I think people on here are missing the point you were trying to make. You are commenting on the people who stop counting the calories to hide the fact that they ate their weight in egg rolls or pizza. I agree (and sadly I've done it) that if you eat what you eat then you should count the calories too. Not saying you can't…

Maybe it's how your body burns fuel and you aren't eating your calories all spread out throughout the day. I weigh myself on Wednesday in the morning after going to the bathroom. I do it during the week cause I tend to have "splurge" days during the weekend and retain more water. Then on Monday I'm still holding onto the water weight from salty foods or possibly needing a good BM (I know, TMI) Hope this helps!!
