  • I was a 42D when I started trying to be healthier June 2012 (started MFP that July). 95lbs & almost a year later, I'm now a 36C. I'm upset because this was one of the few physical traits I was confident with (I developed early). I knew I was gong to lose some but it's still depressing. A C is not small but bc I lost so…
  • (<---Natural Blonde) No need to bash blondes, thank you. There are plenty of stupid people in this world of all hair colors! lol
  • I asked myself the same question for years. A few months ago I actually posted it to my FB & a friend answered it best, "Never being comfortable in your own body.". I found that none of my friends, who I was always jealous of (being I have always been a big girl) ever thought they had great bodies. We each envied different…
  • Ugh, the one side got a clipped off but oh well. I think you can still get the jist! lol
  • http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/recipes.asp?category=1&recipe=22458 I LOVE this recipe! To be honest I like them better than my mother's & we're Italian so I've been brought up on everything like that lol
  • WOW! You must be so proud of yourself & rightly so! I'm also a shortie (5'1) & you're right, even a little extra weight shows when you're this short lol I started taking weight loss seriously back in June when I was also 240lbs. Joined MFP in mid July & I'm down to 207.4lbs as of this morning! Hopefully I'll be joining you…
  • I'm not sure what size you are but I LOVE the Champion sports bra I just got. I'm a 42D & had been having trouble finding a good sports bra too. I started week 4 of c25k today & this bra (size Large) def keeps "the girls" in line for sure. I believe it was about $25 but considering all the use you get out of it it's worth…
  • I love this site. I made the stuffed red peppers last night & they were great! http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/recipes.asp?category=1&tab=recipe_category There is also a turkey enchiladas recipe that's great but the site seems to be down = ( It was in the May issue of Fitness magazine....
  • Not ALL of these recipes are low fat/cal but a lot of the ARE! I've tried a few & they really are good. http://www.sparkpeople.com/resource/recipes.asp?category=1&tab=recipe_category Thanks for the list! I'm saving it = )
  • WOW, thanks for all the kind words!I didn't think so many people would read this & respond :blushing: I am definately going to look into the couch to 5K program. I don't have a phone that I can get apps on but I'm sure I can use it another way. I have a lot of work to do, & I do mean A LOT. I rarely reveal my weight to…
  • My sister mentioned that plan to me a couple weeks back. I haven't really looked into it but I def will! Thanks
  • Wow, great job! Your hard work definately shows! Keep it up  Oh & I think the camera likes you now
  • WOW great job! You look AMAZING! I have a very similar story & you are a wonderful inspiration = )
  • I agree. I always keep to my original calorie goal for the day no matter what "increase" I may get from exercising. You're working out to burn calories & fat, by eating the calories you burn you're just setting yourself up to fail. Something else that irks me is when ppl count the fact that they have a job where they are…
